Growth Club: 90 Day Survival Planning

GrowthCLUB is a Quarterly workshop which was started to help clients and their management team plan and prepare their 90-day plan. It is a collaborative and celebratory environment with the ultimate purpose of assessing where the business is, where it needs to go in the long term, and what we need to do in the next 90 days to align the longer-term goals.

This quarter we are changing the name to 90 Day Survival Panning.  Day one will be focused specifically on your plan to not only survive these challenging economic times but re-set your original 2020 goals and put a plan in place to survive, prosper and grow. At completion, you will leave with a prioritized plan as to the action you need to daily, weekly and monthly to hit your goals. On day two, I will follow-up with attendees individually to review their plans and look at implementation throughout the next quarter.
